We keep this policy short and plain. HeyView is a small studio: we collect only what we need, we don't sell anything, and we treat your information with the same discretion we'd expect in return.
HeyView is an independent design and AI studio operated by Tojii Company SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. We work with businesses that run on complex operations, helping them design systems, automations, and digital experiences that make their work sharper and easier to scale.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website (heyview.studio) or interact with us.
We collect only the information necessary to communicate with prospective clients and deliver our services.
Information you provide directly: When you book a discovery call through Cal.com, you share your name, email address, and any details you include in the booking form. We receive this information to prepare for and conduct our meeting.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we use PostHog (a third-party analytics service) to collect data about how visitors interact with the site. This includes pages visited, time spent, clicks, and session duration. PostHog assigns a unique identifier to your browser using a cookie so we can understand returning visits and aggregate usage patterns. This data is processed on PostHog's servers in the United States.
Information from third-party services: Our website loads icon fonts from Google's servers (Material Symbols). This means Google receives a request from your browser, which may include your IP address and browser information, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to your inquiry and schedule discovery calls
• Assess whether there is a mutual fit for working together
• Deliver services to active clients
• Send project-related communications during an engagement
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited emails or newsletters unless you have explicitly opted in.
Our website uses PostHog for analytics. PostHog sets a first-party cookie (prefixed `ph_`) to identify your browser session across visits. This helps us understand which pages are most useful and where the site can be improved. PostHog does not use this data to build ad profiles or track you across unrelated websites.
Cal.com, our scheduling provider, may also set cookies when you interact with the booking widget. These are governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy.

We use the following third-party services on this website:
Cal.com: appointment scheduling. When you book a call, your name, email, and meeting details are processed by Cal.com. Their privacy policy applies to that data.
PostHog: website analytics. PostHog collects behavioral data about site visits (page views, clicks, session duration) and processes it on servers in the United States. You can review their privacy policy at posthog.com/privacy.
Google Fonts / Material Symbols: icon rendering. Loading these resources sends a network request to Google's CDN, subject to Google's privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services and encourage you to review their respective policies.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our website is served over HTTPS. Communication with prospective and active clients occurs over encrypted channels.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain contact and project-related information for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship and comply with legal obligations. If you would like us to delete your data, you may request this at any time by contacting us at privacy@heyview.studio, and we will respond within 30 days.
Under Costa Rica's Ley de Protección de la Persona frente al Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales (Ley 8968), you have the right to:
• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for processing, where consent was the legal basis

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. We honor the same principles of transparency, access, and erasure regardless of your location.
